The filling is slow-cooked with malt syrup and less sugar to keep it not overly sweet but maintain a nice, bright mango flavor instead.

内馅以台湾芒果为主角，果肉纤维丰富，

看得到、吃得到真实果感。以麦芽慢火熬煮，

糖与盐都控制得很刚好，不会甜腻，

保留芒果自然的香气与风味。
