A few important notes:


 For hygiene reasons, all food items (including those with short shelf lives) can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped — unless they’re expired when you receive them.


 If you need to apply for a return or exchange (for eligible cases), please do it within three working days after you get your parcel.

After that, we won’t be able to accept returns or be responsible for the products.
